Chaperoning Overview

If you are a parent or guardian with the time and means to chaperone for Thescon, we'd greatly appreciate it. Chaperones stay overnight in individual hotel rooms above the student rooms, and are generally leading groups of 4-10 students. They accompany students to sessions, to meals, and generally look after their wellbeing whilst we are at Thescon.

Chaperones must be committed by September 19th, 2025.

How to Register

1) Print out this Parent Volunteer form.

2) Turn in the filled out form to the business window, please bring an ID.

3) Pay the fees you owe on time. (Checks should be made out to Legacy High School with two phone numbers and a driver's license number)

(Price for 2025 is TBA)

4) We also recommend bringing about $100 to spend on meals or any other opportunities of your choice.
