Chaperone Information
We are always in need of chaperones for thescon. The last thing we'd want is for everyone who wants to go to sign up and fill out their forms only to learn they can't because we don't have enough parents volunteers to watch everyone.
How to Register
1) Print out this Parent Volunteer form. ->
2) Turn in the filled out form to the business window, please bring an ID.
3) Decide whether or not you would like to room with another chaperone (this would greatly reduce room expenses) and have your student or yourself inform the Thescon Officers (See our staff page for their contact information).
4) Pay the fees you owe to Mrs. Stacks. (Checks should be made out to Legacy High School with two phone numbers and a driver's license number)
(Prices listed below are based on the cost of rooming per night, $130 combined with the $30 chaperone fee for thescon registration.)
- If you are sharing a room this fee will be about $160
- If you have a room by yourself, this fee will be about $275
4.5) We also recommend bringing about $100 to spend on meals or any other opportunities of your choice.
